10s 10s 10s all around! Idk who Julie is, but her noods are all 10s! I've been here at least 4 times, in the last month or so! The first time, I got the lamb stewed noodles, the next time seafood, followed by seafood, followed by seafood! Can you tell that the seafood noodles smack? These thick cut, house made noodles are like nothing I've ever had before. I'm not sure if this is common in China, but thank you Julie, for bringing your fare to Austin! The menu is simple, the place is spotlessly clean, the staff is professional, proficient, and friendly. And more than anything, the food is BOMB! You order at the cashwrap, you're assigned a number, you find a seat. No stress there. The stress starts the minute your bowl comes to your table. Imagine a scalding hot bowl of delicious and fresh ingredients that looks so appetizing that you wanna immediately begin slurping, lapping, ravishing if you will....but you can't, for fear of singeing your tastebuds right off. If you know, you know, and you better blow that sh*t baby!! All in all, this is the piping hot comfort food that I crave on the daily. But I just act sparingly, as not to tire myself of its goodness. Thank you Julie, for your noodies!

My go-to place for delicious hand pulled noodles and pork ears! No matter what time I come here it is always packed! You order at the front and they bring your food to the table, service is always super quick and easy! Pork ears 10/10- my favorite dish to get, very thinly cut and marinated in a spicy chili sauce, it has a crunch and super flavorful! Chicken potstickers 8.5/10- perfect balance of a crispy bottom and juicy meat on the inside! Combination fried rice 9/10- not expecting the fried rice to be this good! The portion is a bit on the small side but super delicious and tastes like a hibachi style! Beef noodles 9/10- a classic noodle dish with thick handmade noodles and tender meat, good portion as well! Spicy beef noodles 8.5- I would say this noodle soup has more flavor than the beef noodle soup and has a very numbing mala spice to it! They do use a different cut of beef so it is a thinly cut hotpot style beef instead of the thick beef chunks used in the normal beef soup Overall, this place is totally worth the visit! Reasonably priced and a great place to visit for comfort food.

I have never been so glad we drove 30 minutes for hole in the wall food. The spicy beef noodles were in the top 5 best things I have ever eaten and the cucumber salad was a perfect pairing to cool down your mouth. Super flavorful spicy, not just spice. It's a walk up counter to order and the food comes out very quickly. We will be back to try all the other handmade noodle dishes to be sure!

I cannot believe how incredible this place is! I used to drive food to people's homes and this was one of the most popular spot and now I see why. The soup dumplings were insanely good but the wonton soup was an even bigger surprise! The fried rice was lacking in the flavor department but hey, the word noodles is in the name. The restaurant was really clean and I could drink the chili crisp. I can't wait to be back!

I swung by Julie's Noodle House recently and left with mixed vibes. The place had a cool, laid-back atmosphere, perfect for hanging out, but it was pretty snug - not the best spot for a big crew, even though they crammed in plenty of tables. Lots of people going in and out, must be pretty popular in the area. Ordering at the counter was simple, but watch out for the spice level; those dishes can really pack a punch with all that chili oil. On the flip side, the portions were huge, though the prices felt a bit steep at $45 for an app and two bowls of noodles. It seemed like they jacked up the sizes to justify the cost, which was a bit of a bummer. Also, fair warning: don't wear anything light-colored unless you want stains from the soup (I totally destroyed a dress shirt with chili oil splatters lol). Despite some downsides, I personally enjoyed the experience and wouldn't mind going back, even if it means rolling solo.

Big fan - shrimp chow mein, pork soup dumplings are good, and crab and pork soup dumplings are good - the noodle soups are not as good (according to my pals) Quite cheap for soup dumplings - Fast food esque Cheers!

In the mood for Chinese comfort food? Julie's Noodles gotchu! This place is always poppin. If you're brave enough to navigate the strip mall parking lot (a total zoo), you should be able to handle the slightly chaotic dining experience. I've never seen this place at less than 100% capacity and am always unsure if we'll find a place to sit after ordering at the counter. Somehow, with their insanely fast service, we always do. The first dish is usually out minutes after we pick up plates and utensils from the self service area. Food here is very filling and generously portioned for the price. We are big fans of their zha jiang mian (noodles with meat & bean sauce), beef burrito (beef rolled in Chinese pancake), and shredded tofu salad. I love the amount of veggies in many of the items we order, and the texture of their noodles is banging - the thick, chewy kind you can only get when it's homemade. Will be back soon to carb it up!
